Fetch!
At Portfolio Center, I worked on a branding-packaging-innovation project that was featured in the The Dieline packaging blog. The Bark-n-Beg packaging project came out of a class where, originally, the assignment was to create a new beverage in the juice category for The Coca Cola Company. My concept was a specially formulated, vitamin-fortified bottled water for dogs. For my portfolio, I decided to create a brand (Fetch) around this product and extend this brand into several other products/platforms. Among those were “the pet at home” which translated to branded bedding for dogs and branded feed bowls and mats. Bark-n-Beg was (Fetch) branded packaging from the “wellness and nutrition” platform, specifically, energy-sustaining, size-specific, healthy treats for your dog. Bark-n-Beg packaging as well as other Fetch collateral were designed around 3 words: modern, energetic, playful. The color pallete, patterns and type all support these adjectives which are based on key attributes commonly associated with dogs. Market trends suggest that the pet industry is booming and that there is a demand for high-end pet products; I wanted Fetch to offer a slightly more sophisticated yet fun alternative for the consumer. Here are some images of the work!

"Love Unloveable People"
"Let Go of the Monkey Bar"
"Unpack Your Boxes"
